VICAR

Fr. Ben graduated from Beeson Divinity School (Samford University) in April of 2021 with an M.Div. and was ordained a priest in the ACNA the same month. Ben began to feel the call to church plant in 2019, and has since been on a journey where the Lord led him back to Jackson, TN, to do just that. Fr. Ben has been married to Janie for seventeen years. They have four boys and a little girl.

CHILDREN & YOUTH MINISTER

Janie was raised in Jackson, TN, and has had a heart for children and ministry since she was 18 years old. With a background in Special Education and years of teaching experience, she is excited to get to lead our youngest in the flock. Janie is the wife to Ben, mom to 4 boys and a girl, and a friend to all who meet her.

PARISH ADMINISTRATOR

Bryan is a pastor’s kid who grew up in church. He joined the Anglican tradition in 2022 and has called Jackson home since 2005, where he’s developed a deep love for this community. In addition to his parish work, he serves as a mentor in 12-step recovery, and enjoys life in Midtown with his wife, Bethany, and their two children—especially when it includes a kayak or bike ride outdoors.

MUSIC MINISTER

While Ben may have a B.S. in Computer Science, he fills as much of his free time with music-related work as possible, writing songs and working as a freelance composer on the side. Ben first served at St. James as a volunteer guitarist but quickly felt called to the role of Music Minister. Ben's wife Hanna also serves on the worship team and teaches voice lessons. They have enjoyed living in their South Jackson home since getting married in 2023.

BOOKKEEPER

Brian and his wife, Cindy, spent ten years serving as missionaries in Ethiopia before returning to Jackson, Tennessee, in 2024. They remain actively involved in mission work there. Brian is originally from Paducah, Kentucky, and he and Cindy are alumni of Union University. Brian served for twelve years at Union University in the School of Theology and Missions as a biblical studies librarian.
