From the St. James’ Constitution: “……Those qualified to vote shall be persons at least sixteen (16) years of age, communicants of the parish, and who have regularly contributed to the support of the parish during the twelve months… before the day they offer to vote.”

Communicants (members) are those whose baptism is recorded in our parish register.
